Noises while driving

I have a 2001 Chrysler
Sebring convertible LXI while
driving down the road I have
a clicking noise would that be
my CV axle?? And then I also
have a rattling noise coming
from the back driver side I
thought maybe you might
believe is off but I'm not sure
about that any ideas??

Might be the exhaust is what that was supposed to say damn talk and text
