If water was found in oil does that mean i have a blown head gasket

I was driving my Chrysler Concorde an it just died out on me while I was driving so i tried
to get a jump didnt jump so i had my car towed to my house so someone said I needed a
fuel pump ok get that car still want start or it want start even with a jump ok so now he
checked the spark plugs an they are wet an looks like they covered in oil so changed the
spark plugs then changed the oil an water came out 1st the dirty dirty oil came out so
what do the good people think could be wrong with my car now sounds like battery is
dead an my car never over heated or never smoked at all soon as i put hard plates on its
the just shit down on me
