Located in the throttle body, and be sure to use MAF CLEANER only. Other automotive cleaners will damage it.

The mass air flow sensor is inside the throttle body??? 2002 Chrysler Sebring..???? how do I get inside there ???

Do you see the intake duct between air filter and throttle body mounted on top of intake manifold? Open that up, doesn't take any special tools. Google the part to see what it looks like. It has a wire running through and should not be touched. The cleaner just removes potential dust particles. You should also check the intake air system for leaks as that often causes a misdiagnosis for a bad MAF.
