I have a 2002 Chrysler sedan with 113,000 km on it ( automatic trans. ) It now jerks & has a clunk when it shifts down from 60km ,What's my problem ? It didn't do this before .

It did not do this before the transmission service . Fluid & filter replaced

Sadly a transmission service can sometimes do more harm than good. Worn transmission parts sometimes need that dirt and crud to grab onto so they work correctly. Now that it's clean in there the worn parts can't work properly. HTH. -Jim
