This happened to my SUV. It was the window motor and assembly. I'm a 64 year old woman and put it in myself. I went on You Tube for detailed instructions ordered the part on Amazon. Very easy to do yourself! Your part is $125.00. Here is the web site. https://www.amazon.com/Dorman-751-285-Chrysler-Passenger- Regulator/dp/B00OZVN246 For a $125.00 part someone can easily charge double if not more to do it for you. GOOD LUCK!
