4wd low no transferring

My 2007 ranger was accidentally placed in 4wd
low and when trying to switch to 4h then 2h it not
transferring. Can you help me

the actuators leak and pressure is gone~ I can come back with pictures and part numbers if you need me to~

Stuck transfer case shift motor, you can try lightly tapping on it while someone pushes the 2WD button, sometimes this will shock it just enough to get one more run out of it. See pic
