Sound,s like a vacume leak, check for bad hose,s around motor, listen for air draw,if no leak,s found, may be clean your throttle body and sensors around it.

How can I do that ?

Easyest way is crank motor up and spray carburator cleaner around top of motor.it will find vacume leak, car will ether stall or rev higher when you hit a vacume leak.

Coolant temp sensor if it's bad will send a false/no signal condition false=racing rpms (car is tricked into thinking it's cold, no signal=stall
