I have a 2003 Chrysler Sebring lx when I start it it accelerates on its own and the RPM goes up to 4500

Sounds like your Idle air controller "IAC" is stuck or something in the throttle cable os cruze control. Turn you key on but not start on and off three times and have a pen and paper handy it will flash any codes set that will send you in the right direction.

On the third time leave the key in the run position.

Ok now what should I do?it gave me a code so what do I do next?
