anti-freeze is leaking out of my 2003 2.7 sebring engine under the thermostat thru a hole there in the engine

Probably the weep hole in the water pump. The bearing fails and coolant leaks out this hole. Have the water pump replaced and coolant flushed, change your thermostat while you have it apart and replace the hoses if they are old and cracked or soft.
