Car over heating

I changed the thermostat, thermostat housing,
water pump and radiator. My car still overheats the
heat and AC still works what could be the problem.
Its a Chrysler Sebring 2003

Make sure to get all the air out of the cooling system, trapped air can disrupt flow. Check the cooling fans are working and coming on when they should. A quick way to check they work is to turn the AC on, the cooling fan should automatically come on. If not, you have a potential non-working fan. Then check the fans turn on with engine up to temp, next time it's running hot pop the hood and see if they are on. If everything check out okay, you may want to test coolant for hydrocarbons, a sign that you have a blown head gasket. Most part stores sell (or rent) a "Block Tester", it takes 15 minutes or so to run the test, if it detects hydrocarbons in the coolant then run a compression test to confirm a blown head gasket. If that's the case you're looking at an mild engine rebuild.
Forgot to add: check the radiator cap too - they're supposed to be replaced every two years anyhow.
