I have 2004 Chrysler sebring. There is puddles of antifreeze under it after you drive it for a while and then park it. But it never shows hot. I have changed thermostat and housing already.

Heater hose are leaking or worse, the lower intake gaskets are leaking , or HEAD GASKETS . Refill system with coolant and have car pressure tested to confirm

The heater blows cold on top of that. And it makes a bubble sound when you turn it off and park.

The coolant system is full of air. That's the gurgling noise in most cases. Any auto service center should be able to perform this service. Goodyear/ Firestone / sears ect . Don't reley on tire shops though to have the personal to repair if it is a major job, Dealer factory trained personal guarantee their work, that's always worth the difference in most cases. Enough said if you know what I mean.
