Just so happens that fuse #5 is Power Door Lock and Door Lock Arm/Disarm Switches, Vanity, Reading, Map, Rear Seating, and Trunk Lights, Illuminated Entry, Radio, http://www.chrysler.com/en/owners/manuals/

So do I just replace it and everything will work alright. Is that all?

Probably. yes. its all the same fuse, so put in new fuse and it might just fix it. But if fuse blows again you are going to have to pull door panel off to see and repair what wires were damaged
