My 2008 Chrysler Sebring convert ably horn goes off when I open it

How do I stop the horn or alarm from going off when I unlock the carit seems do it now
that it is winter. Sebring convertible 2008

I Have tryed. Putting the regular key in and. Turning it right , hit the horn console hard a couple a times hard. Or take the. Fuse out for the horn. To fix it costs around 400.00. The problem is behind the airbag on the drivers side.

Put key in turn right then left
