noise sounds like tire is not aligned or out of balance - new tires balanced and aligned

on smooth road surface at 40 mph+ sounds like a tire is out of alignment or not balanced.  replaced with new goodyear assurance tires balanced and aligned

I'd take the car back to the tire dealer. I ran into this when I purchased new tires once, the belts in the tires were faulty and they replaced 2 of them for me.
