You have to remove the inner door panel. FInd the bolts and screws that hold it on and use a interior removal tool, to pop the panel. There you will see the motor, usually a few bolts and you swap it out for a new one.

Chances are its not the motor. Look for bad switch, broken wire in the wire boot that goes from door frame to door. Also check fuses and window lock button.
