I can tell you allot, go to sites like Geico or progressive and they will give you a price this will give you good idea.

Pretty sure a 16 year old can not buy insurance and the policy will likely need to under a parent or guardian. It will be expensive and the price depends on too many factors to be estimated here. Credit rating, gender, driving record, car make and model, coverage and where you live are all considered when figuring the cost of a policy.
