Check fire at the plug going to the motor past the relay.

If there is fire there, you have a bad new top motor,or wiring is bad from relays to motor.

put tester on both sides of plug and operated switch using multitester so hot lead on plug and ground lead to good ground no response on tester when continuity is checked from each side of plug it is good

no fire past the relay

turns out main power from fuse block no good thanks for your help and pointing me in the right direction
