It sounds like it is in the cooling system, possible air pocket?

I don't think so it has something to do with the air intake system. It does it on and off. It's somewhere in the throttle body or the manifold

Coolant runs though the intake, Do you notice any abundance of white smoke coming out of the exhaust?

Ok. No its not smoking at all.

Alright then, does the gas line run near anything hot?

No it runs down both sides of the manifold

The only thing that I can come up with is air in the cooling system. Try bleeding the cooling system, best to start when you can get the radiator cap off, run engine to operating temp. but do not be revving it up without the cap on otherwise you will get a good shower!. You fill as necessary when the coolant drops, until full. You may have coolant being forced out but that would be the air pocket working its way out..
