What fuse is that?

Whatever the fuse is there must be a short somewhere. Have there been small woodland animals living in the cozy dry spots under the hood? Has anyone been doing any exhaust work on it?

If my car would not start, I would blow a fuse too!

Hi Jeremy, Ill try to be as helpful as possible. Which fuse keeps blowing? IFthe fuse is fuel pump/AC/Cooling Fan related, you may want to check the Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM) located in the Passenger side fender/Wheel well. Otherwise trace down the system that keeps blowing the fuse. That would at least be a good starting point. Good luck!
