2001 mustang gt runs fine at low speeds under 70 around 75 to 80 car starts to sputter and run very rough. Limped home and car sat for acouple hours and started and runs fine till high speeds. any ideas?

I'd go with the fuel system. Change out tr filter first - it's cheap. A GT will go well over 100 mph. Ford sets the top speed to the capability of the tires. "Z" rated I believe.
