theft light blinking on 2000 ford explorer cranks but wont start. how can i fix this?

Roll down a window, manually lock all the doors from the inside except the drivers door, make sure all the doors are closed and use the key and lock the drivers door, wait at least 30 seconds, then use the key and unlock the drivers door, this should deactivate the anti-theft system. More on this can be found in your owners manual, if you don't have one get one, sometimes you can find them in pdf format on the internet, and most are free.
