I have a 2000ford explore back tail light out fuses good harnest replaced but only one tail lightWorks

Have some in the vehicle with foot on break. Use a volt meter and check the socket. If power available at socket, there is a problem with the connection. The power for the tail lights jumps from one side to the other. Follow the wire and check at that connection. The problem is somewhere in the rear between the left and right side.
