The hazards are separate from the turn signals. You could have a bad flasher unit or the turn signal switch has failed. Try this: locate the turn signal flasher, remove it and put in a jumper in the two pin plug, turn on the key and then the turn signal right or left it doesn't matter, check to see if the turn lights are on steady on the side you chose, try the other side to see if you get the same result, if so turn off key remove jumper and replace the flasher unit. If the above check out doesn't work then it is most likely the switch itself.

    Power Windows & Front & Rear Wipers not working. I do have power to the Rear Washer but the wipers don't work. Everything else (power seats, locks) seam to be working.
