shake at 70km h

Hi, I have a 2004 sebring convertible. i have have had all 4 tires replaced, brakes all way around, rear struts and
mounts, rear ball joints, and a 4 wheel alignment done. it doesn't matter what is done with it, it seems to have a full
vehicle shake at 70-75km h, the shake is not in the steering wheel its just the whole car shakes. and suggestions
what to do next?

Only thing I can think about now, is maybe one or more wheels are out of round. Ever so slightly that the tire installer didn't catch. I had a similar issue hitting a huge pothole and had a garage look it over and they said everyhting was fine. I still had the issue, and instructed another garage to inspect my rims and sure enough one was out of round.
