Bad 02 sensor heater circuit. If this doesn't fix the problem replace the EGR valve. It will set this code too.


Go to http://engine-codes.com/p0031_chrysler.html: if it is P0031. A scan tool is better than doing the flash code on a Chrysler product, hope this helps.
