Had to replace my car battery, now I can't set the correct time on the clock. Any suggestions?
After I replaced a dead car battery, I realized that I could not set the clock to the correct
time. Took it back to the service that replaced the battery and they couldn't do it either.
Asked at the dealership and they said there was no fix and that I would have to replace
the entire radio assembly. Everything works on the radio/cd player so I dont'want to do
that. Do you have any other suggestions?
Unhook the battery and hook it back up. This may or may not fix it.
I will keep that in mind, thanks.
If your radio looks like this, the time is set with the arrow buttons on the lower right of the radio. With the radio off, press and hold the down arrow to set the hour. Repeat with the up button to set the minutes. HTH. -Jim
Same issue, but it looks like this... (time and date are flashing so it's impossible to ignore) All functions work except time and date. The bottons to operate as per the hand book are unresponsive.
That's a Citroen DS3...
