Car wants to sputter or studder on take
off, feels like it loses power when using air

hills

If it is a automatic... it's possible the clutch is slipping.. especially if there is an out leak between the engine and transmission.. usually caused by rear main seal leaking and input shaft seals leaking on the transmission... but your question is not very specific. But misfires will set the check engine light... and if the tcm is going bad it will set the check engine light and wrench light. And if it fails it will cause the car not to start. You should have the car checked out at the dealer if you are not sure what's wrong before it damages something
