I have a 2012 Ford Focus, earlier I had front passenger tire to blow. Ford replaced the tire and the rim, but now it wont start, what happened?

Without look at the car, impossible to say. A tire and rim has nothing to do with the car starting. Maybe it jarred something loose? Best to have a local garage take a look at it.
