no air flow in vehicle.. blower motor works and the blower wheel was replaced

It is possible that the blower motor is spinning backward, That is just a switch of the wires. But also look at the blend doors operation, that they are moving, opening. Sometimes repair is needed or the HVAC Blend Door Actuator may be bad.
