Dies when you come to a stop when the tank is 1/4 or less

My 2005 Chrysler Sebring convertible started dieing when the gas
tank is 1/4 or less but when it has more than that it'runs OK all but it
take a while to start the problem started with  just taking longer to
start than normal and now it's doing all of this I replaced the fule
pump  about a year ago it has 135000 miles on it
