How can my Vin # be listed, when I, the sole owner have not listed prior to attempt?

I attempted to list my auto for sale today, and got a pop up which said, Vin#
already listed. I haven't listed my car prior to this, so I am dumb-founded.

Well, if you have not done anything wrong, or wanted by the police, I would report this, anything could happen, that would not be good for you.
