Chrysler 300 runs rough & dies to limp mode once completely stopped+foot on brake-RED LIGHTENING BOLT LIGHT FLASHES WHEN IT DIES

Hey everyone! I'm having super similar issue with my
Chrysler 300 2.7L V6 2006 model! Car runs semi rough on
startup-no check engine light when turned on (but does
stay on when turned halfway on), but switches from
running seemingly ok to either running VERY rough or
feels like a small misfire upon accelerating the car. I had a
misfiring cylinder a few weeks ago but got it diagnosed
and replaced the fuel injector that was causing it (I say
this to add to my main point) which is....

When I go to slow down/brake for a red light, once I'm all
the way stopped the car gradually sounds like it's running
rougher and rougher until the car just completely passes
out/turns off-which i then have to put in park/turn on
again!!!! The SECOND the car turns off, the Red
Lightening Bolt dashboard light flickers on and off (it
doesn't blink, it more flickers with random patterns).
There's no check engine light it just does that exactly,
once the car turns back on it'll run fine for any trip 5 miles
or 50 miles JUST AS LONG as I don't ever stop
completely while my foot stays on the brake. I've read a
ton of different threads and these are the most common
things wrong in those posts

1) Broken and/or dirty throttle body OR broken throttle
body electrical connectors
2) Air/Exhaust leak from the EGR valve
3) Faulty Spark Plugs

Based on when I got my car fixed for the fuel injector, the
mechanic said my spark plugs were all very very worn out.
I'm really hoping the problem really is just the spark plugs,
I have extra new ones and can replace them myself. But
even though it's mechanical issue shows a lot of the
things faulty spark plugs show...but based on it feeling like
a slight misfire and it turning off when stopped with foot
on break, my gut feels it's an electrical/throttle body
issue!!! Also since the fuel injector replacement was done
by a professional head mechanic, I doubt that the issue is
a EGR Valve leak or electrical connecting issue since the
mechanic reinstalled the intake manifold/throttle
body/throttle body connectors and the air filter+air filter
housing, I doubt those are the issue (just a guess!)

I've read in some posts to....

1) disconnect the #11 & #14 fuse for 1 min and then
reconnecting them (IM STILL NOT SURE WHAT DOING
2) Replace the throttle body electrical connectors
3) Clean and/or replace throttle body
4) Clean/replace EGR Valve gasket
5) Replace Spark Plugs & maybe ignition coil

Has anyone had this similar mechanical issue with their
300??? Does anyone have a good guess as to what is
wrong with it? Also if ANYONE knows

1) a good way to test the EGR Pipe/EGR Pipe gasket (for
2) Test if the Throttle Body is broken
3) Test Throttle Body Electrical Connectors
4) Any sure tell signs if it's the Spark Plugs and/or ignition
5) Test and determine if it has something to do with the
brake or the brakes connection to the engine

If anyone could answer 1 or all of these I would be VERY
VERY GRATEFUL!!! Whether it's a guess on what's wrong
with The car based on its issue, or how to test all of the
parts I mentioned above, I would be in debt to you!
