The instrument panel shows wrong information

I had to take the battery out to have it charged.Now the instrument panel shows all the wrong information.Do I have to reset the computer,and if so,how do I do it?

Suggest taking this to the Cadillac dealer. You may have shorted the digital dash and caused damage, or you may just need to have it reprogrammed. You may also have an issue with the printed circuit that controls the dash, which would require dash replacement.
