How can I get hood up

Hood latch is stuck.cable is broke. Latch inside car
is broke any ideas

You may be able to manually push the latch from underneath the car with a long probe like a screw driver. That was how I needed to do it on my 91 Pontiac. There might be another way but I could not find one. Good luck.
