It depends on if you have problems with tire wear or the truck wandering on the road or pulling to one side. I have gone over 100,000 miles with out any issues at all and I use my trucks hard - towing, hauling and off roading. I don't abuse them though. If everything is good I would skip it.

I have not had a wheel alignment on my F250 in 20 years. and 150,000 miles. No problems.

I went over 300,000 on a Toyota 4x4 with only toe-in adjustments which I did my self. I got over 40,000 miles on tire sets. I had to do my F-150 with over 170,000 miles recently because the toe -in was off a little.

Thanks for the feedback it has really been very useful. I don't have any issues currently with my ford ranger.
