First off, you should have called your insurance company immediately. They fix or replace windshield and glass without effecting your rates AND without cost to you. Take the window you bought back to the auto wrecker and ask for a refund. Call your insurance and let them fix the window.

Of course that's the 1st thing to do. But when you only have liability and the deductible is $500 the less expensive route is to replace it yourself. So is there anyone with instructions on how to replace the window?
