Running out

I have a 94 Cadillac Eldorado got
water leaking somewhere behind
the motor. Starts running hot as
soon as I start it. Need help
figuring this out

Gotta find the leak, if it's not coming from a hose, t-stat housing, or water pump seal, then check freeze plugs and head gaskets.
