i have 2011 honda civic went 4 oil change and they put a drain plug in it now a week goes by and it starts leaking so i go back they put another 1 in same thing happens so i think they stripped the oil pan.

did they replace the original plug because it was leaking? why did they change the plug instead of using the original?

The quick change oil places strip drain plugs quite often- was it one of those? of course that can happen with any bozo "mechanic"- good luck trying to get one of those fast lube places to repair their mistakes- they specialize in mistakes- you can try- you are looking at a new oil pan- if you find a good garage and a good mechanic, they may be able to rethread the drain hole and put a new bolt in- then stick with the good mechanics and let them change your oil
