I just bought a 96 SLS it has a crazy belt noise inside the dash. The belts look like theyre in ok shape. I sprayed the belts with dressing and now its worse. What could it be? A pulley maybe?

Ok I got it to stop squealing by spraying more stuff and tightening the big bottom wheel thing. That Wheel looks wobbly and making a diff noise now. What does the bottom wheel/pulley control?

Is there on big nut on it, then it's the crankshaft pulley.
