I changed my fuel fitler and power is still low

Have the injectors ever been changed? Would not be surprised if it still has the original injectors - they may be Rochester. You will be amazed at the difference new injectors make. Suggest you use Bosch rather than GM's OEM. This is not a major repair and can be done in your garage.
