both rear turn signals ,L&R"..going extremely fast for past few weeks, front faster than rear signals....then both signals in rear stopped working, replaced fuse under seat marked flasher(20amp), now signals working but dim and still fast........

a short at globe or socket ,burnt bulb , crossed filament, keep looking your on track

Probably the flasher relay mounted under the dash. Do your emergency flashers work? In my '93 there are 2 separate flasher units so if yours is the same, you need to figure out where your dir signal flasher is located and make sure that is the one you replace.

Check to make sure the turning lights on the vehicle or coming on, I would make sure the light bulbs were all making good contacts. Some times when your turning signals go faster then normal means your bulb is blown.
