can anybody tell me who can flash a computer for a 1997 Cadillac Seville STS other than the Cadillac dealer

The dealer is the best option here Darrell, my son owns a 95 Deville Concours, and won't trust anyone to touch it other than the dealer, or me(for the simpler stuff). If you aren't happy with a certain dealer, go to a different one. GM knows that car better than anyone else, they built it.

There mighrt be a local mechanic near you that could also flash the ECU, Check around. With the right adapter you could also do it yourself. This link should help. http://www.ehow.com/how_5759500_flash-car-computer.html
