Which fan? The heater blower or the radiator fan?

Most common problem is a stuck relay, you can try removing the relays one at a time in the main power distribution box if they are not labeled.

Going through same issue with 2012 Galant. There is an issue when the AC is activated the relay doesn't turn the duel radiator fans. Going in to be fixed this week. Did you get yours fixed? If so what was your issue?
