Takata Air Bag Recall

MB only replaced the drivers side airbag with the recall. Why did they not
replace the passenger side also?

Thanks. Not trusting the dealer as they originally told me my car did not need the airbag replaced. Guess, will have to go corporate and cross my fingers.

The entire rear end of the R350 is down , had pump replaced $1300.00 and went down again, now they say new air bag for $1100.00 I can only find air springs??? 2 Answers

Air bags lose air unilaterally I rest by leting air out and car will level out when bags refil but within 24 hours either the right or left airbag wil be flat again but never both. The lines seem fine...

I was recently informed that I shouldn't engage "Sport" mode on my 2006 MBZ R350 for extended periods of time-- i.e., driving around town, while on the freeway, etc. Doing this is putting too much stress on my air suspension system-- according to a mechanic friend of mine. My question is whether or not this is in fact true. 3 Answers
