I have a misfire what is wrong?

Also white smoke is an indication of burning coolant. Perform a compression test on all your cylinders, you might have a head gasket issue.

If it's white exhaust all the time, there's water getting into the combustion chamber, probably through a blown head gasket. A compression test will tell you where.
