I have a 1998 cadillac Seville delagance I've changed
waterpump,  radiator,  hoses, cap,  and there's no water in
oil or oil in the radiator and still over heats

If you didn't over heat it and cook the head gaskets, Inspect for a bad radiator, loose fins, corroded areas etc. Check the coolant for combustion by products Hc, Co, etc... use a SIMPLE chemical test kit to confirm there is no damage from over heating. Regards

Is the a/c condenser free of bugs, dirt and other debris? Was the thermostat replaced? Is it losing coolant?
