How do you get rid of traction abs I had my front brake done

Asked by Nov 10, 2016 at 11:08 PM about the 1998 Cadillac DeVille Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It's most likely a bad hub bearing assembly. The ABS wheel sensor is incorporated into the hub assembly. The ABS and traction control systems work together. When the computer sees a problem with one system the computer disables both systems and both lights on the dash come on to let you know that both systems are disabled. HTH. -Jim
