There is a leak somewhere, take a squirt bottle of soapy water or snoap if you're feelin' spendy, a plumber would have this...squirt the areas of a suspected leak and watch for the bubbles...you'll know what to replace, then~

where might an inspector begin, the bladders themselves do not generally leak, so fittings or anything liable to vibrate, jiggle around unsupported crack at the fitting or intersection of bladder and containment~
