Put in a new starter and a new battery but still won't crank up

the other end of the black cable that atttaches to the ground needs to be disassembled ahd wirebrushed down to shiny~...and put back with a new washer, and clean bolt~

ALSO LOOK AT THE FUSES FOR THE IGNITION SWITCH AND ALL THE OTHER FUSES JUST TO BE SAFE AND CHECK TO SEE IF YOU HAVE POWER TO THE SOLENOID WIRE THAT CONNECTS TO THE STARTER WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY TO THE START POSITION. USE A TEST LIGHT AT THE WIRE AT THE STARTER AND HAVE SOMEONE TURN THE KEY TO THE START POSITION. IT SHOULD LIGHT UP THEN. IF NOT, THEN THE GAME GETS INTERESTING AND THE POWER CIRCUIT NEEDS TO BE BACKTRACKED BEFORE SPENDING BIG DOLLARS ON NEW PARTS. RAGONZALESSR
