Need to tighten rear view mirror on driver door. How do I access mounting screws?

Most probably you will be removing the inner door panel to access the mounting hardware.

above the door panel on the inside opposite where the mirror is located you should see a little round circle. see if that circle will come out. if it does you should be able to get screw driver through there to tighten the mirror
